The purpose of this study to evaluate the implementation of government bureaucracy reform based on integrity in efforts to prevent corruption by upholding professionalism, with adaptive characteristics, integrity, high performance, free and clear of corruption, collusion and nepotism, capable of serving the public, neutral, prosperous, dedicated and uphold the basic values and code of ethics of the state apparatus. The research method in this article is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The finding of this research indicated that integrity-based implementation of bureaucratic reform in sawahlunto was not run optimally, so it needs to be repaired in several aspects.
