Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan model Tessmer dengan tahapan preliminary, self evaluation, expert review, one-to-one dan small group. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 30  siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 11 Bengkulu Selatan. Analisis kualitatif pada tahap expert review untuk memvalidasi soal segi konten, konstruk dan bahasa. Tahap one-to-one untuk menganalisis keterbacaan soal, dan pada tahap small group dilakukan analisis kuantitatif untuk mengetahui karakteristik soal berdasarkan tingkat kesukaran dan indeks daya beda butir soal. Hasil penelitian diperoleh  12 soal yang terstandar yaitu valid, jelas yang memiliki tingkat kesukaran dan indeks daya beda yang baik serta dapat digunakan untuk melatih kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa.Kata kunci: soal matematika, berpikis kritis matematis. AbstractThis study aims to produce valid, clear and standardized mathematical questions that have a good level of difficulty and a different powor index according to indicator of critical thinking skill in junior high school students. This development research uses the Tessmer model with preliminary, expert review, one-to-one and small group stage. The subjects of this study were 30 students of class VIII SMP Negeri 11 Bengkulu Selatan. Qualitative analysis at the expert review stage to validate questions in terms of content, construct and language. The one-to-one stage is to analyze the readability of the question, and in the small group stage quantitative analysis is carried out to determine the characteristics of the questions based on the level of difficulty and the discriminatory power index of the items.
