The results obtained the difference in genotype, as follows: 8 individuals with genotype AA accounted for 40%, 11 individuals with genotype AB accounted for 55.00% and 1 individual with genotype BB accounted for 5, 00%. The difference in the A and B allele frequencies of the studied samples was clearly shown, the A allele frequency of 0.67 accounts for a higher percentage than the B allele frequency of 0.33.
