摘要

本文提出了一种基于半导体光放大器非线性特性的全光半加法器设计方法。该加法器的和输出使用SOA- mzi配置实现,进位输出使用SOA辅助过滤实现。为了使两个门的输出兼容逻辑电平,在与门的输出端包括一个具有适当参数的EDFA,即用于进位。基于O/P功率和时域分析对半加法器的真值表进行了验证。计算了不同比特率下的误码率和质量因数。在高达80Gb/s的速度下获得了令人满意的性能。
