摘要

本研究旨在分析巴淡市社区的冲动购买行为,通过检查功利主义和享乐主义价值观产生的浏览和在线评论,以及一个人的冲动的影响。本研究采用问卷调查作为研究资料收集的工具,选取巴淡市158名居民作为研究样本。此外,使用SmartPLS 3.0程序对数据进行处理和分析。通过对研究数据的检验和处理,研究了冲动性和享乐价值观对冲动性购买行为的影响、享乐价值观对浏览行为的影响以及浏览对享乐价值观与冲动性购买行为间接关系的中介作用。但本研究的结果也显示出不同的结果,即功利价值观不影响巴淡社区的浏览和冲动购买行为,浏览对两者的关系没有中介影响。
