Solar lamp posts deployed in streets and highways are neglected most of the time. This constitutes a huge waste of government budget. The development of a health monitoring system for a solar lamp post will help data recording without personnel presence. The results show that the end-user can view the health status of the post including battery, solar panel, and LED lamp, anywhere as long as it is connected to the cloud.
