摘要

由于对咖啡的需求增加,以及社交媒体的发展使人们更容易获得高质量的咖啡信息,人们对精品咖啡的兴趣正在迅速增加。然而,由于与此相关的研究并没有积极进行,因此进行了一项调查,目的是了解消费者对精品咖啡的态度。研究结果发现,消费者利益寻求对消费者满意度和再购买意愿有正向影响,调节消费者参与咖啡的效应也有正向影响。随着人们对精品咖啡的需求越来越大,对咖啡的专业程度也越来越高,未来需要针对精品咖啡相关的每一层次消费者制定详细的营销策略。
