The quality of the developed products is assessed based on aspects of validity, practicality, and effectiveness. The learning device development procedure refers to the 4-D development model, namely Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. Due to the limitations of the researcher, the research was carried out until the develop stage. The subjects of this study were students of class VII ASMP Negeri 2 Dolok Pardamean, totaling 34 people. The results of the research, namely: 1) the resulting learning tools, in the form of: lesson plans, student activity sheets and concept understanding tests have met the criteria; 2) the effectiveness of learning tools is concluded based on the percentage of students who understand the concept of at least moderate is 85.29% of the 34 students who take the test and the achievement of the ideal percentage of time for each category of student and teacher activity. 摘要

本研究的目的是为初七年级学生开发基于问题基础学习数学比较教材的学习工具,以培养学生对概念的理解能力。所开发产品的质量是根据有效性、实用性和有效性等方面进行评估的。学习装置开发过程是指定义、设计、开发、传播的四维开发模型。由于研究者的局限性,研究一直进行到发展阶段。本研究以ASMP Negeri 2 Dolok Pardamean七班学生为研究对象,共34人。研究的结果,即:1)所得的学习工具,以教案、学生活动单和概念理解测试的形式达到了标准;2)在34名参加测试的学生中,理解“至少中等”概念的学生比例为85.29%,学生和教师活动的每个类别达到理想的时间百分比,得出学习工具的有效性。综上所述,在问题基础学习的基础上为初七学生开发的基于比较材料的教案和工作表的学习工具被证明是有效的,能够提高学生的概念理解。关键词:概念理解能力,学习工具,基于问题的学习
