THE PROGRAMME WAS LAUNCHED IN 2016 FOR THE PURPOSE OF OFFERING, TO STATE BASIC EDUCATION TEACHERS OF PERMANENT TEACHING POSITION, A TEACHING TRAINING BASED ON THE UNDERSTANDING OF THE SUCCESSFUL EXPERIENCES OF FINLAND, IN ORDER TO TAKE GOOD PEDAGOGICAL PRACTICES TO THE STATE OF PARAÍBA.
