摘要

本文总结了笔者在新西伯利亚创伤骨科研究所神经外科临床应用激光技术治疗中枢神经系统肿瘤的10余例经验。在ND-YAG激光应用的基础上,开发了独创技术并应用于各种神经外科病理患者的外科治疗,获得俄罗斯联邦专利8项保护,使用YAG:Nd3+激光对427例患者进行了手术。其中,不同体积、不同定位的脑外肿瘤152例,脊髓肿瘤135例,脑脊液转移病理(amald - chiari综合征1-2型)74例,深部定位髓内肿瘤66例。结果表明,激光技术在中枢神经系统肿瘤切除中的应用效果良好。
