The paper selects the quantitative method emphasizing on processing the primary data of higher education and vocational education of FPT Education in 2018 at Hanoi campus via Balanced Scorecard (BSC) system. The significances of the BSC system are to approach systematically and create the original sources of data for FPT Education to reflex the performance in practice as well. From the remarkable findings, the author recognizes that OBE has had great impact on the student pass rates and employment rates in both higher education and vocational education programs. The author also found out that OBE positively effects on student performance and student employability after referring to the previous research. The author has simultaneously evaluated and compared the impact of OBE in the context of higher education and vocational education at FPT Education. 摘要

本文旨在评估和比较成果导向型教育框架在高等教育和职业教育中的应用效果,并在此基础上提出完善成果导向型教育框架的建议。本文选择量化方法,重点采用平衡计分卡(BSC)系统对2018年FPT教育河内校区高等教育和职业教育的主要数据进行处理。平衡计分卡系统的意义在于为FPT教育在实践中反映绩效提供了系统的途径和原始的数据来源。从这些显著的发现中,作者认识到OBE对高等教育和职业教育项目的学生通过率和就业率都有很大的影响。笔者在参考前人研究的基础上,发现出窍对学生的学习成绩和就业能力有积极的影响。笔者在FPT教育中同时评估和比较了OBE在高等教育和职业教育背景下的影响。最后,本文提出了在FPT教育中长期有效实施OBE框架的建议。
