These distance measurements are obtained via time delays of sending and receiving a pulse. As a result of especial geometry imaging, so many geometry distortions are made in morph and size of complications (with considerable topography). Overriding factors in these distortions are layover phenomenon, foreshortening and radar's shadow. These phenomenons are functions of incoming local angle which are also dependent on vision angle and local slope of the earth's surface. In this paper, distortions are modeled in MATLAB software.
