摘要

过去,国内建设行业主要是通过劳动力供给进行定量投资,但最近有人指出,为了在建设市场上获得竞争力,需要对工人进行定性投资。因此,建筑业工人的再教育课程很多,但由于存在很多问题,人们对目前的再教育课程的效率有很多负面认识。本研究旨在检视目前营建再教育课程所存在的问题,并提出改善方案,以提升国内营建再教育的质素。因此,通过多元回归分析,推导出两个核心问题并提出改进方案。问题的改善计划包括通过AHP的基于NCS/ cdp的综合教育计划。本文的贡献将导致更有效的建筑业再教育计划的执行,并使该计划的结果在建筑业工人中实现质的增长
