The corresponding values of membership functions in the fuzzy mechanism can be auto-regulated in accordance with the immediate change of system's error. Compared with the traditional fuzzy controller with fixed parameters, such an adaptive fuzzy controller can generate appropriate force to control the system. Not only the steady state error of the system can effectively be eliminated, but also the problems of over-shoot and transient response can be significantly improved.
