摘要本研究旨在探讨巴东大马酒店员工工作满意度对员工绩效的影响。这类研究是基于因果假设的定量研究。采用的抽样技术为饱和抽样,以54人为样本。数据收集技术是通过使用已经过有效性和可靠性测试的李克特量表分发调查问卷来进行的。研究结果发现,可变工作满意度对员工绩效变量的影响分别为20.6%和79.4%,受到其他因素的影响。关键词:工作满意度,员工绩效,酒店
