ANALISIS MANAJEMEN STRES KERJA PADA PERAWAT DIRUANG ISOLASI COVID-19 DI RSUD BAHTERAMAS PROVINSI SULAWESI TENGGARA TAHUN 2021

Abstrak Latar Belakang: Analisis manajemen stres sangat penting bagi Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Bahteramas Sulawesi Tenggara karena diketahui bahwa RSUD Bahteramas merupakan Rumah Sakit Rujukan COVID-19. Pasien Ruang Isolasi RSUD Bahteramas menjadi orang yang memiliki resiko untuk terkena penyakit stres kerja. Ruang isolasi merupakan ruangan yang didesain khusus untuk menangani pasien dengan penyakit infeksi agar terpisah dari pasien lain. Sehingga di tempat tersebut lebih rentan untuk terkena stres kerja. Apabila permasalahan ini tidak ditangani dengan tepat, dapat mengakibatkan penyakit fisik dan gangguan psikologis yang dapat mempengaruhi kesehatan fisik maupun mental perawat serta kinerja perawat terhadap pelayanan kepada pasien di rumah sakit.Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui analisis manajemen stres kerja perawat yang menggunakan strategi coping yaitu problem focused coping, emotional focused coping, maladaptive coping pada perawat di ruang isolasi RSUD Bahteramas Provinsi Sulawesi TenggaraMetode: Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel total sampling yang berjumlah 30 perawat.Hasil: Hasil analisis manajemen stres berdasarkan aspek problem focused coping berdasarkan angka indeks jawaban terbanyak menunjukkan angka 53,3%, emotional focused coping berdasarkan angka indeks jawaban terbanyak menunjukkan angka 56,7%, maladaptive coping berdasarkan angka indeks jawaban terbanyak menunjukkan angka 53,3% masuk pada interval penilaian Range Standar dan kriteria objektif dapat dikatakan Kurang Jika Skala Skor ≥ 60%.Kesimpulan: Dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen stres berdasarkan aspek emotional focuses coping yang tertinggi menunjukkan angka 56,7%. Abstract  Background: Stress management analysis is very important for the Bahteramas Regional General Hospital, Southeast Sulawesi because it is known that the Bahteramas Hospital is a COVID-19 Referral Hospital. Patients in the Isolation Room of the Bahteramas Hospital are people who are at risk for occupational stress. Isolation room is a room specially designed to treat patients with infectious diseases to be separated from other patients. This makes them more susceptible to work stress. If this problem is not handled properly, it can result in physical illness and psychological disorders that can affect the physical and mental health of nurses as well as the performance of nurses on services to patients in hospitals.Objectives: The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of nurses' work stress management using coping strategies, namely problem focused coping, emotional focused coping, and maladaptive coping on nurses in the isolation room of Bahteramas Hospital, Southeast Sulawesi Province.Methods: The research method used is a descriptive research method using a quantitative approach using a total sampling technique of 30 nurses.Results: The results of the analysis of stress management based on the aspect of problem focused coping based on the index number of the most answers showed the number 53.3%, emotional focused coping based on the index number of the most answers showed the number 56.7%, maladaptive coping based on the index number the highest number of answers showed the number 53.3% entered on the assessment interval the Standard Range and objective criteria can be said to be Less If the Score Scale is 60%.Conclusion: It can be concluded that stress management based on aspects of emotional focuses on coping with the highest number shows 56.7%.
