Development of Instrumentation and Methods to Image the Retina in Mouse Pup with in vivo Non-Invasive Optical Coherence Tomography
This work describes the development of optical instrumentation and data processing methods to image the retina in the mouse pup with optical coherence tomography. These developments will be used to better understand in vivo vascular retinal changes due to retinopathy of prematurity.
