在“双减负”政策环境下,减负增效理念对于构建高效课堂、缓解学生过重的作业负担、提高教师的教学质量具有现实意义。一线教师作为“双减”政策的实施者和推动者,通过对“双减”政策的解读,结合初中英语课堂中存在的问题,从分层教学模式、作业管理机制、语言环境、考核方式等方面创新教学方法。这些方式保证了学生在课堂上学得很好,达到了减轻学生过多的学业负担和提高教师教学效率的目的。
