The research samples came from companies engaged in tourism located in Klaten, Central Java. The sampling method uses total sampling. The number of questionnaire data that was processed was 50 questionnaires. Data processing in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques, assisted by the SPSS program version 16.0. 摘要

本研究旨在探讨组织支持感知对工作满意度、组织支持感知对组织承诺、工作满意度对组织公民行为、组织承诺对组织公民行为、组织支持感知对组织公民行为的影响。研究样本来自中爪哇克拉丹从事旅游业的公司。抽样方法采用总抽样。所以这个研究的样本总数是50名员工。样本数据的收集是通过员工的WhatsApp号码发送谷歌表单形式的问卷进行的。处理的问卷数据为50份。本研究的数据处理采用多元线性回归分析技术,辅以SPSS 16.0版程序。本研究结果表明:1)组织支持感对工作满意度有显著正向影响;2)组织支持感对组织承诺有显著正向影响;3)工作满意度对组织公民行为有显著正向影响;4)组织承诺对组织承诺有显著正向影响。5)组织支持感对组织公民行为有显著的正向影响
