摘要

应急广播作为一种现代技术手段,在应对突发公共事件中发挥着重要作用,是国际公认的应对突发公共事件的最佳方式。本文根据中国数字音频广播系统CDR的特点,提出了一种应急广播传输方案和适配协议,使应急广播信息能够利用数字音频广播信道进行传播。与使用RDS信道相比,使用CDR信道进行应急广播信息传输可以通过其较高的数据传输能力减少终端的应急广播响应时间。
