Emergency broadcasting message transmission based on CDR system
As a modern technical means, emergency broadcasting plays an important role in responding to public emergencies, and is the best possible way to deal with these emergencies as recognized internationally. Based on the characteristics of China's digital audio broadcasting system CDR, this article proposes an emergency broadcasting transmission scheme and adaptation protocol that enables the dissemination of emergency broadcasting information using digital audio broadcasting channel. Compared with the use of RDS channel, using CDR channel for emergency broadcasting information transmission can reduce the emergency broadcast response time of the terminal by its high data transmission capability.
