摘要

本文提出并分析了肖特基二极管作为高速变阻抗负载在六端口调制器中的应用。通过理论分析和仿真研究了二极管参数与本振功率的阻抗依赖性。利用肖特基二极管产生阻抗,设计并制造了一个中心频率为7.5 GHz的直接载波六端口调制器原型。测量结果表明,当以300兆元/秒的速度产生16正交调幅信号时,即以1.2 Gbit/s的数据速率产生良好的调制特性,验证了肖特基二极管作为六端口调制器中高速可变阻抗负载的使用。
