This study uses primary data from the results of a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The object of this research is the employees of PT. Inbio Tani Nusantara. Sampling used the saturated sampling method (census), where all population members were used as samples of 139. The data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 25 as an analytical tool. The results showed that work stress had a significant positive effect on employee performance, and cyberloafing behavior significantly negatively affected employee performance. The limitation of this research is that the object of research is only limited to one company, namely employees of PT. Inbio Tani Nusantara and the sample used is relatively small. 摘要
本研究旨在探讨工作压力和网络闲逛行为对员工绩效的影响。本研究使用的主要数据来自李克特量表调查问卷的结果。本研究的对象是PT. Inbio Tani Nusantara公司的员工。抽样采用饱和抽样法(人口普查),其中所有人口成员作为139个样本。数据分析采用多元线性回归分析,分析工具为SPSS 25。结果表明,工作压力对员工绩效有显著的正向影响,而网络闲逛行为对员工绩效有显著的负向影响。本研究的局限性在于研究对象仅限于一家公司,即PT. Inbio Tani Nusantara的员工,并且使用的样本相对较小。本研究的结果与工作压力和网络闲逛行为有关。
