This study involved all employees of PT. Korea Tomorrow & Global Indonesia Serang City as a sample of 61 employees. To get accurate results in this study using interviews, observations, and questionnaires this study uses descriptive methods, data analysis, instrument tests, classic assumption tests, determination coefficients, and t tests with calculations through SPSS version 26 . The results of this study show that: (1) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. (2) Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. 摘要

本研究旨在分析PT. Korea Tomorrow & Global Indonesia Serang City的组织文化、工作满意度和工作纪律对员工绩效的影响。本研究有四个变量,分别是组织文化(X1)、工作满意度(X2)、工作纪律(X3)和员工绩效(Y)。本研究涉及PT.
