Furthermore, according to the inherent correspondence between Tibetan and Lhasa dialect, this paper establishes the conversion model of initial, final and tone between Tibetan and Lhasa dialect, and finally realizes the automatic conversion of small character set Tibetan to Lhasa international phonetic alphabet. Tibetan Lhasa Phonetic to International Phonetic Alphabet Conversion System Based on Small Character Set
