In the hardware experiment, it is very important that the student can operate measuring instruments and observe signals from the circuits. WBT system is the server (the teacher) and client (the student) model. The client computer with the hardware training board is connected to the server on WWW. The training board consists of a field programmable gate array (FPGA) and measuring instruments. The student can investigate signals from the training board. The server can provide various contents by reconfiguring the FPGA.
