In addition, the ionic conductivity of the LNO film prepared in this paper can be as high as 5e−8 S cm−1. 摘要
首次制备了以LiNbO3 (LNO)薄膜为阳极的全固态薄膜锂离子电池(TFLIB)。lno阳极TFLIB具有容量大、极化小、速率性能突出、循环性能好等优良性能。此外,本文制备的LNO膜的离子电导率可高达5e−8 S cm−1。这些结果拓展了LNOs在全固态电池领域的应用。
