Opinions of the involved agents in learning active methodology in Engineering
In conjunction with different active methodologies, the Flipped Classroom pedagogical model provides a substantial change in the teaching paradigm, thanks to the use of Information and Communication Technologies based tools and platforms. This methodology focuses on the acquisition of theoretical knowledge prior to the class, reserving it to reinforce the knowledge acquired, with a more practical approach. This paper contains the results of a study carried out at the School of Industrial Engineering (University of Malaga). The objective is to obtain the opinions of the application of the flipped classroom model by students and teachers, who are the essential protagonists in the teaching/learning process. In order to measure the degree of satisfaction and effectiveness, a series of surveys have been implemented for the involved agents. The results guarantee the use of this model to achieve more personalized learning in students.
