Then, the authors provide a mini-study of a programme that used mindful PBE on a study abroad trip as a means for discussing mindful PBE in practice. The authors provide a framework for mindful PBE that can be replicated by outdoor programmers, educators and nature enthusiasts with examples and suggestions of ways to implement mindfulness moments and promote the goal of nature connection.
