摘要

提出了一种研究总体生产计划问题中需求不确定性的随机线性优化方法。为了实现生产计划和库存政策的一体化决策,分析了随机需求下的库存变化,并将计划期平均库存引入到APP模型中。各时期的计划产出是与生产需求具有相同分布的随机变量。以中国某汽车公司为例,对该方法进行了敏感性分析,发现生产周期和标准差对最优再生产点和期望利润有显著影响
