摘要

为了解决传统GIS系统对地震应急决策系统的资源占用大、部署环境要求高、软件许可费用高等问题,对地震应急决策系统的推广部署造成的限制。本文基于QGIS开源桌面地理信息系统,利用地震影响场计算模型、伤亡计算模型和救援力计算模型,采用C / S结构,开发了集地震自动触发、震害评估和辅助决策为一体的综合信息系统。从而拓展地震应急服务领域,更好地为各级政府和公众提供地震信息技术服务。
