摘要
本文的重点是郊区轨道交通概念的创建,作为智能城市积极政策的可能工具。首先,介绍和描述了三种不同的城郊轨道交通运营理念的创建思路,即1)一级服务,2)停车与半快列车相结合,3)分区时刻表。然后在221 Praha - Benešov u Prahy铁路线上对这些方法进行了测试,并从运输和运营方面对它们进行了描述和比较。
