摘要

本文提出了一种新型的太赫兹扩展相互作用振荡器。采用PIC编码,对梯形加载矩形波导组成的EIO进行了设计和几何结构优化。在本工作中,太赫兹EIO的工作中心频率为105GHz,实现输出功率673W,效率达到12.1%,波束电压为14 kV,波束电流为0.4A。
