The authors considered in detail the structure and current situation of the education system in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the legal framework of the education system, languages of instruction at schools, additional education, the system of higher education in the country, training of persons with SEN (special educational needs) as well as Kazakhstan's education system in the context of pandemic.
