The methodology adopted is based in the materialism dialectual history with bibliography revision in the writings of Demerval Saviani (2013a, 2013b) in Ântonio Gramsci (2000), in Newtom Duarte (2016) and Julia Malachen (2014). The obejective of this abstract is analize the social construction of curriculum viewing like a history product, mainly in the touching obout the historical condituening of the 1990 decade, thatinfluenced, in significative form, the course of that public policy. Being this, the central problematic in the text, refers to the necessity of the curricular organization that surpass the bourgeos education.
