Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi burnout dan human error serta rekomendasi dengan mempertimbangkan aspek ergonomi. Metode identifikasi yang digunakan adalah Human error Assessment and Reduction Technique (HEART), Sampel dalam penelitian ini melibatkan 10 petugas UGD di salah satu Rumah Sakit X Makassar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan HEP tertinggi terdapat pada aktivitas pemberian tindakan pertolongan pertama yaitu sebesar 0,068. Aktivitas ini merupakan tipe pekerjaan yang membutuhkan skill kerja yang lebih rumit dan kompleks sehingga menyebabkan human unreliability bernilai lebih besar dan berpotensi lebih tinggi untuk terjadi human error . Rekomendasi yang diberikan untuk membantu perawat dalam menghadapi beban kerja yang berat dan beragam sehingga keandalan perawat dalam bekerja dapat meningkat dan burnout dapat dikurangi antara lain dengan menekan faktor lingkungan sekecil mungkin untuk mengurangi beban kerja perawat, menghimbau perawat untuk mulai memonitor situasi dan mengambil langkah antisipasi agar burnout yang dialami tidak bertambah parah serta dengan mengadakan sharing rutin antar perawat, upgrading ilmu pengetahuan dan pengecekan alat kesehatan sebelum digunakan untuk menghindari human error. \n \nOne of the risks that can affect the productivity of health workers during the pandemic is mental health, including the risk of burnout syndrome, this is because health workers are under high pressure, but there are no rules or policies to protect them from a mental health perspective. The purpose of this study is to identify burnout and human error as well as recommendations by considering ergonomic aspects. The identification method used is the Human error Assessment And Reduction Technique (HEART). The sample in this study involved 10 emergency room staff at one of the Makassar Hospitals. The results showed that the highest HEP was found in the activity of providing first aid measures, which was 0.068. This activity is a type of work that requires work skills that are more complicated and complex, causing human unreliability to be of greater value and having a higher potential for human error to occur.
