Data collection technique that used is test, questionnaires and documentary. Data analysis technique that used is a descriptive analysis and making inferences. Normality of regression data, regression coefficient significance test, linear regression equation, and hypothesis test using analysis of the band. The research results show that: (1) there is a direct influence of lecturers’ training experience of mastering; (2) there is the direct effect of motivation to teach against mastering; (3) there is directly influence training experience lecturers to lecturers’ teaching motivation. Thus the lecturers’ leadership can be improved through training on the lecturers’ performance. 摘要

本研究的研究对象均为雅加达大学的讲师,共124人,通过合并更新随机抽样技术获得了多达62人的样本。使用的数据收集技术是测试,问卷调查和文献。使用的数据分析技术是描述性分析和推断。回归数据的正态性,回归系数显著性检验,线性回归方程,并采用波段分析进行假设检验。研究结果表明:(1)讲师的培训经验对教师的熟练程度有直接影响;(2)教学动机对掌握的直接影响;(3)培训经历对讲师的教学动机有直接影响。因此,可以通过对讲师绩效的培训来提高讲师的领导能力。讲师的领导力也可以通过激励讲师增加他们的知识来增强。通过跟踪培训活动,也可以提高讲师的教学动机
