This qualitative research conducted through case studies. Key  persons in this study were four university leaders and one staff member. Data obtained through in-depth interview process and then analyzed in three descriptive techniques. The results showed that the practice of implementing HR management diversity management was carried out well based on performance, fair and there was no discrimination. The implementation problems encountered at SWCU are divided into two parts, namely practice inside and outside the HRM. 摘要

本研究的目的是概述在西南大学实施与人力资源管理(HRM)实践相关的多样性管理的实施、实施形式和遇到的问题。本定性研究通过案例研究进行。本研究的主要对象为4名大学领导和1名工作人员。通过深度访谈过程获得的数据,然后用三种描述技术进行分析。结果表明,实施人力资源管理的实践中,基于绩效的多元化管理进行得很好,公平且不存在歧视。SWCU遇到的实施问题分为两部分,即人力资源管理内部的实践和外部的实践。人力资源管理的实际问题出现在培训和晋升阶段;以及发生在人力资源管理实践之外的问题,如沟通问题和不同的观点。
