With the involvement of multiple service enterprises, and the intangible, heterogeneous characteristics of e-service, the E-tourism service supply chain faces a number of risks that need to be mitigated or averted. In this paper, risks of E-tourism service supply chain are analyzed in detail from the business process point of view. A risk categorization scheme is proposed, which includes online travel agencies' endogenous risks, service supply chain's internal risks and external environmental risks.
