Considering the participation from females and males in nursing workforce in Pakistan, the moderating role of gender was embodied into the study. Primary data, through non- probabilistic purposive sampling, was collected from nurses working in hospitals of Karachi and Hyderabad. Response rate was 62.5% which was gained through self-administered close ended questionnaires using Negative Acts Questionnaire and Maslach Employee Burnout. The data was assessed using simple linear regression and correlation on SPSS software. 摘要
