摘要

本文建立了支持主动紧急呼叫服务的ACE系统。ACE系统物理上由面向残疾人、单身老人、儿童的E-device(应急移动设备)和具有实时监控管理功能的E-server(应急服务器)组成。电子设备通过互联网或CDMA向应急机构和用户监护人报告紧急情况。因此,E-device被设计成价格合理、重量轻、体积小,适合残疾人、老人、儿童等少数群体携带。电子服务器是为有效管理电子设备,保证服务质量而开发的具有实时监控功能的综合控制系统。
