Sevoflurane compartment model is investigated for proposed procedure based on state space model. The model verification was done by comparison the similarity of phase and magnitude of the frequency response that shown in bode diagrams. The suitable compartment model can determine by the number of the change of phase and magnitude curve. 摘要

在药代动力学中,采用隔室模型解释药物传递。传统的药物浓度计算方法是数值方法。对于多室模型,其复杂性较高,难以用数值方法求解。本文介绍了基于gramian的状态空间实现的输入/输出平衡,利用模型优化来降低模型复杂性。研究了基于状态空间模型的七氟烷室模型。通过比较波德图中频率响应的相位和幅度的相似性来验证模型。通过相位变化的次数和幅度曲线可以确定合适的隔室模型。结果表明,该方法可用于隔室模型优化,误差小于其他方法。
