The goal of this research is to improve the technical and technological tools used to assess the capacity of water-conveyance irrigation facilities and evaluate the risk of accidents at them. The authors have developed a hardware and software suite for performing semi-intelligent diagnostics following the methods of nondestructive testing and assessment of the residual capacity of irrigation facilities based on computational models involving quantitative methods. The implemented innovative approaches of tools monitoring and informational support for tracking the performance of irrigation facilities define the scientific novelty of the performed research. The practical relevance of this work consists in the development of powerful technological tools to generate the information support for making management decisions to prescribe the activities of technical operation and maintenance of water-conveyance irrigation facilities of the agro-industrial complex.
