摘要

本研究的问题是:纪律、人力资源能力和工作特征是否同时对中央塔巴努里县教育办公室员工的工作效率产生积极显著的影响。本研究旨在探讨塔巴努里中央教育办公室纪律、人力资源胜任力和工作特征对员工工作效率的影响。本研究的样本为中央塔巴uli县教育办公室的所有员工,共计56人。本研究的数据分析技术是多元线性回归。本研究结果表明:纪律对员工工作效率有部分正向显著影响;人力资源能力对员工工作效率有部分正向显著影响;工作特征对员工工作效率有部分正向显著影响;纪律、人力资源能力和工作特征同时对员工工作效率有显著的正向影响
