China has gradually become a country of great power of education, and the trend of internationalization of education is strengthened. It is an inevitable trend to achieve international certification of higher education or higher vocational education. For meeting the requirements of training of new information technologies, this paper has designed and developed an online practice learning platform, which has realized the \"student centered\" teaching activities and transformed the teaching process from \"result verification\" to \"process understanding\".
