A total of 142 people, involved in lifelong educational institutions for persons with disabilities, participated in this study, and it consisted of 53 people working in lifelong education institutions and 89 people working in welfare institutions for persons with disabilities. The main findings of the survey conducted on them are as follows. First, the officials of lifelong education institutions for persons with disabilities conducted program evaluation mainly for the purpose of finding out the satisfaction level of learners. Accordingly, the program satisfaction evaluation method was used the most, and the respondents responded that the program evaluation was performed using an in-house developed evaluation tool at the affiliated institution and used as data for internal reporting of the institution. Secondly, the officials of lifelong education institutions for persons with disabilities recognized that the lack of evaluation-related capacity of the institutions was the most urgent need for improvement, and demanded the development of standardized evaluation tools. 摘要

为了了解韩国残疾人终身教育机构对残疾人终身教育项目的评价现状和改进需求,本研究对韩国残疾人终身教育机构中负责残疾人终身教育项目的工作人员进行了调查,分析了工作人员对项目评价的经验和需求。共有142名残疾人终身教育机构工作人员参与本研究,其中终身教育机构工作人员53人,残疾人福利机构工作人员89人。对他们进行的调查的主要结果如下。首先,残疾人终身教育机构的工作人员进行了项目评估,主要目的是了解学习者的满意度。因此,使用最多的是项目满意度评价方法,受访者回答项目评价是在附属机构使用内部开发的评价工具进行的,并作为机构内部报告的数据。其次,残障终身教育机构负责人认为残障终身教育机构评估能力不足是最亟待改善的问题,并要求开发标准化的评估工具。此外,在上述研究成果的基础上,针对残疾人终身教育项目评估的开展,探讨了残疾人终身教育项目标准化评估工具的开发、教育官员专业化培训的操作、项目评估结果共享制度的建立等问题。
