On the basis of elaborating the TRIZ basic theoretical system and CDIO engineering educational approach, we integrate CDIO engineering education mode and TRIZ innovation theory as TRIZ-CDIO theory. Training mode of undergraduate's innovative ability based on TRIZ-CDIO theory is constructed. This model is consists of knowledge-based teaching mode, innovation experiment-based teaching mode, skill integrated-based teaching mode, competition participate-based teaching mode, enterprises participate-based teaching mode and project participate-based teaching mode. Training mode based TRIZ-CDIO theory guides the undergraduates participate in innovation, practice innovation and to train creative talent of grasping the innovative method, innovation spirit and innovation ability. 摘要

针对创新型人才的需求,如何培养学生的创新意识,养成良好的思维习惯,已成为我国高等教育研究的重要内容。在阐述TRIZ基本理论体系和CDIO工程教育方法的基础上,将CDIO工程教育模式与TRIZ创新理论相结合,形成TRIZ-CDIO理论。构建了基于TRIZ-CDIO理论的大学生创新能力培养模式。该模式由知识为基础的教学模式、创新实验为基础的教学模式、技能综合为基础的教学模式、竞赛参与为基础的教学模式、企业参与为基础的教学模式和项目参与为基础的教学模式组成。以trz - cdio理论为基础的人才培养模式,引导大学生参与创新、实践创新,培养掌握创新方法、创新精神和创新能力的创新型人才。在工科大学生创新能力培养模式中推广TRIZ-CDIO理论和创新技术具有极其重要的现实意义。
