To take into account not only quantitative, but also qualitative characteristics of the locomotive driver or intellectual decision support system, it is proposed to use fuzzy logic methods. Hence it was possible to determine and calculate the additive quality criterion of the intellectual system controlling activity. The results of the work make it possible to model the activity of the locomotive brigade more qualitatively, which in the future will serve as the basis for the development of autonomous intelligent locomotive control systems. The developed method is given for three main criteria of work considering safety, energy consumption and implementation of the traffic schedule.
