Attention is focused on a problem concerning model coordination for a uniform dynamic model of projected system reception. The optimization statement of a resource-use plan-finding task by means of a criterion on the minimal total volume of the data sent in a local-network MCS is given as the task of graph cutting on minimally-connected subgraphs, and the search technique for this decision is offered.
