摘要

针对采油作业领域的需要,研制了一种大功率超声电源,可产生55kW的功率,并能自动匹配电感。利用TL494CN产生方波信号,实现15 kHz ~ 40 kHz范围内的连续调整,死区时间为3微秒。通过NE555P产生调制信号,形成间隔方波,将TL494CN产生的信号调制为电源的最终控制信号。通过由HEF4011BP、TC4013BP和直流电机组成的电路实现电感的自动匹配。通过现场试验,该超声电源能够实现大功率的激励,满足其激励要求。
