摘要

本文提出了一种基于矩阵变换器的数字控制三相开关型电源整流器,用于通信电源。矩阵变换器具有双向潮流、输入功率因数可控、可靠性高、设计紧凑等优点,系统的高工作频率可以减小变压器的体积和重量。采用TI公司的DSP TMS320F2812开发了数字控制器,提出了一种新的数字空间矢量脉宽调制信号的生成方案,将SVPWM技术应用于矩阵变换器,并通过CPLD实现。给出了一个三相220v、直流48v输出的实验室样机变换器的实验结果。
